Return & Refund Policy

We know projects don’t always go as planned. If you need to return something, we want the process to be simple, fair, and respectful of your time. Please review the guidelines below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. General Conditions
  • All returns need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by our service team. This helps us track your request and process it quickly.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. After that, we can only assist through warranty.
  • Products should be unused, unopened, and in original packaging so they can go back into stock. Items that have been installed, missing parts, or damaged can’t be accepted.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or cancellation.
  • Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return

  • Or request directly from your order history

Please have your order number, item list, and reason ready. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

3. Shipping the Return
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the issue was clearly our mistake (wrong item, confirmed defect).
  • To protect your shipment, we recommend using a trackable, insured method.
  • Please write your RMA number clearly on the package—this ensures your return is accepted without delays.
4. Inspection & Refund
  • Every return is inspected once it arrives.
  • Refunds or store credit are processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns not caused by our error. Additional charges may apply if parts are missing or repackaging is required.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
  • Items exchanged for replacements cannot later be refunded.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
  • Please report defects or shipping damage within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and serial number help us resolve the issue faster.
  • Hold on to all items and packaging until we confirm next steps.
  • If confirmed defective/damaged, we’ll replace at no cost to you. (Refunds are not offered for defects—replacement only.)
6. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled at no cost before shipment.
  • Once shipped, the order is considered final.
  • Refused deliveries are treated as returns and will be subject to restocking and shipping fees.
7. Not Eligible for Return

Returns and refunds are not available for:

  • Normal wear (scratches, fading, cosmetic marks)
  • Rust, corrosion, or weather damage from improper installation environment
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, dropping, or modification
  • Electrical damage from surges, wrong wiring, or incompatible accessories
  • Using indoor fixtures outdoors, or not following installation guidelines
  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery
8. Final Notes
  • Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
  • We cannot cover indirect costs such as project delays or incidental losses.
  • Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
  • Leonlite Commercial retains the final decision on all return and refund matters.
