Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
We are LeonLite Commercial. A professional lighting partner that delivers on time, every time.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM PT are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day.
- For custom or bulk orders, lead times are communicated clearly at confirmation. Once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.
- Every order comes with:
- An order confirmation email
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details
Shipping Options
We partner with FedEx and USPS to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Options include:
- Economic Shipping
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
- Local Delivery / Pickup
- Freight (TL/LTL) for large-volume jobs
Local Delivery (For Time-Sensitive Projects)
- Same-Day Delivery: Place your order before 3:00 PM and receive it the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 3:00 PM arrive the following afternoon or evening.
- Secure Drop-Off: We leave your order at the address you specify, so your team can stay focused on the job.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated by weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
- Large or complex orders may require freight. Any extra charges from storage, re-delivery, or incorrect information are billed to the client.
Delivery & Acceptance
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Costs from corrections or re-shipments due to errors are billed to the client.
- On delivery, we kindly ask you or your representative to check the package:
- Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s receipt before signing.
- Concealed damage or defects should be reported within 7 business days, with photos.
- After this period, we may not be able to process claims.
Lost Packages
- Missing shipments should be reported within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” (including signature or photo proof), the order is considered complete.
- If the carrier confirms a loss, you may choose:
- Re-shipment
- Store credit for the item value
(Refunds are not offered for lost packages.)
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the client’s responsibility.
- We provide required paperwork, but delays or seizures at customs are beyond our control.
- Risk transfers to the client once the shipment leaves our facility.
