Hassle-Free Replacement (Quick Fix)
Use this when:

• You can send clear photos or video showing the defect.
• It’s a single item or a small number, not a bulk failure.
• The replacement value is under our set threshold.
• One-time per order.
• We review account history to prevent abuse.

If it checks out, you keep working. No returns. We’ll ship a replacement.




Standard Warranty (Return & Inspect)
Use this when:

• The issue involves multiple items or higher value.
• The defect isn’t obvious from photos.
• Or if a Hassle-Free claim has already been used on that order.

Steps:

1. Send product back with order ID and invoice.
2. We inspect and confirm if it’s a manufacturing defect.
3. If yes, we send replacement. (No refunds under warranty.)

You cover shipping both ways. Use tracked/insured shipping—we can’t be responsible for loss or damage in transit.

We stand by workmanship, not misuse. Not covered:

• Scratches, fading, normal wear.
• Rust/corrosion from outdoor exposure where not rated.
• Physical damage (drops, improper install, modifications).
• Electrical damage (surges, bad wiring, wrong accessories).
• Using indoor-rated gear outdoors or ignoring sealing steps.
• Install by unqualified personnel or outside code.

• Have a licensed installer handle wiring and placement.
• Follow the product manual and local codes.
• Package returns safely if shipping back.
