My ceiling cavity is too shallow for a recessed can, but I still want that deep anti-glare look—does this solve it?

Yes. It’s a surface-mounted cylinder that sits outside the ceiling while the separate J-box handles wiring. You get the deep-cup, low-glare look without large cutouts.

Our loft has a concrete slab—drilling big holes is a no-go. Can this mount cleanly?

Yes. The cylindrical surface body mounts on the face, and the separate junction box keeps wiring organized—great when coring isn’t allowed.

“I need a minimal ceiling line, but I don’t want exposed glare—will the cylinder read clean?

The deep baffle + diffused lens keeps the source discreet for a low-glare, modern look. Choose straight-down for calm ambient or angled to add focus.

Any issues with insulation contact or dimmer choice?

The fixture is IC-rated & Airtight, and it works with most LED dimmers for 10–100% smooth control.
