Does it work with my existing dimmer switch?

It supports most standard 0–10V dimmers, such as Lutron DVSTV, DVTv, NTSTV-DV and Leviton DS710-10Z. Regular wall dimmers (TRIAC types) are not compatible.

What makes this light energy-efficient?
