Is installation time-consuming?

Slipfitter mounts quickly to round poles; angle adjusts with a few bolts.

How can I submit a warranty claim or get a replacement light if some of the LED's have gone out?

To submit a warranty claim or get a replacement light, you will need to send the company a copy of your invoice where you bought it, and send it along with the light back to the manufacturer. The light has a 5-year warranty.

Is this LED shoebox light fixture suitable for installation on the top of a 5-floor building?

It should be able to illuminate the area decently from 20-60 feet. It is suggested to use multiple lights for a better outcome.

Can this light fixture be made into a plug-in?

Yes, it is possible to make this light fixture into a plug-in by wiring in a plug on the opposite end. However, for safety reasons, it is not recommended to do so.
