FAQ

Questions showcase builders ask first.

How do the heads attach to the track?

Magnetically; 24V comes from the rail. No polarity, so either way round. Slide, rotate, tilt or swap. No tools.

Can I add or move heads after the showcase is built?

Yes. Power runs the whole length, so heads move, add or remove whenever the display changes.

What does the cabinet need?

A 12 × 12 mm groove (15/32 in) in the side panel, top rail or frame. Track drops in, flange on the face, clips hold it. All-glass cases: top rail or corner post.

Which power supply?

Any 24V DC Class 2 supply. Power Core recommended: 36 / 60 / 96 W, six runs each. MT-IN-S input adds hand-wave switching, 3–8 cm range.

How many heads will one driver run?

Add the head watts: 1.2 W spot, 1 W micro spot, 7 W bar, 3.05 W per foot of strip. Keep under 80% of driver rating and 72 W (3 A) per feed. The planner does the arithmetic.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, on the 24V side: dimmable driver or hand-wave controller. Wall dimmer as long as your driver supports it.

Which color temperature?

To order. Most specify 3000K (gold, leather, warm stones) or 4000K (diamonds, silver, cards, electronics).

How do I turn a corner or run down a side wall?

MT-CR-F: 90° in the same plane. MT-CR-V: onto the adjacent face. MT-JN: joins two lengths in line.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One case or a full fit-out. Track by the length, heads by the piece.

How long does a quote take?

Usually within 24 hours. Custom color temperature or finish takes longer: we confirm it with the factory first.
