I’m replacing old tubes in my garage. Will one 4ft light be bright enough over the workbench?

Yes for a single workbench. This unit puts out about 5200lm at 40W. For a two-car garage, most people mount 2–3 fixtures spaced evenly for full-room brightness.

Our building runs at 277V. Will these work in stairwells?

Yes. They accept 120–277V input and give a wide 120° spread, which suits stairwells. They’re indoor (IP20), so use in dry locations.

We’re replacing old strip lights across classrooms. Is installation straightforward?

Yes. It’s a flush-mount strip with the mounting hardware included. Mark holes, fix the brackets, connect power, and latch the body.

Our old fluorescents buzzed. Are these quiet?

Yes. They use an LED driver and operate quietly without the buzzing you get from aging ballasts.
