    Big desk, small lamps fail me. Is this tall enough to cover the whole surface?

    Yes. The extra-long arm reaches up to ~29.7" high and ~24.2" long, so you can spread light across wide desktops.

    Does it come with a bulb, or do I buy one?

    Bulb isn’t included. Use an E26 bulb up to 25W and under 8cm diameter. LED is recommended.

    Is the switch simple? I don’t want touch panels.

    It’s a straightforward inline on/off switch on the cord—easy to find and use.

    Will the lamp lean if I extend the arm far?

    It’s designed for long reach with a heavy base. Keep the base flat, and it stays stable fully extended.
