Can this be used in damp indoor areas like lobbies near entrances?

Yes. It’s rated Damp. Use indoors and avoid wet/splash zones or outdoor exposure.

How long will it stay on during an outage and how long to fully charge?

Up to 90 minutes on a full charge. After installation or battery replacement, allow about 24 hours to fully charge the 6V 4000 mAh pack.

Is the housing durable and fire-resistant?

The body uses high-strength ABS, designed to be impact-resistant and to support safe operation under emergency conditions.

Can the lamp heads be aimed to avoid glare and dark corners?

Yes. Each head tilts vertically up to about 90° and rotates horizontally up to about 300°. Use this range to cover both path and obstacles.
